Much of who Mr. Rios has become stems from the values and work ethic instilled in him by his family. He demonstrates an eager desire to achieve success and is recognized for going the extra mile to do so. As a Tampa native and Jesuit grad ('06), he is deeply invested in the development of the local community.

Outside of architecture, Mr. Rios is actively pursuing his fitness goal of dunking a basketball, and can often be found exercising along the downtown Tampa Riverwalk. Some of his favorite local spots include Alifia State Park, Weedon Island Preserve, Sail Pavilion, and Ybor City.
